Medic Vision AI’s Joint Venture, Adara Bio, Signs Landmark Collaboration Agreement with TFBS Bioscience at Bio Asia–Taiwan 2026

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA / TAIPEI, TAIWAN — Medic Vision AI’s joint venture subsidiary, Adara Bio Pty Ltd, officially signed a strategic collaboration agreement with TFBS Bioscience Inc, during a delegation to Taiwan for Bio Asia–Taiwan 2026. TFBS Bioscience Inc is a premier Taiwan-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO).This agreement marks a pivotal acceleration in Adara Bio’s mission to develop groundbreaking gene therapies using its proprietary RNA Base Editing Platform.
Established in Australia earlier this year (2026), Adara Bio is a strategic joint venture between Medic Vision AI and the Centre for Eye Research Australia (CERA). By combining Medic Vision AI’s commercial agility and broader corporate backing with CERA’s world-class ophthalmology research, Adara Bio is uniquely positioned to develop next-generation gene therapies targeting inherited retinal diseases (IRDs) and combatting vision loss.

The signing ceremony highlighted a highly productive week of bilateral exchange. Representatives from Adara Bio and the CERA team toured Taiwan’s top-tier research and clinical institutions, including National Taiwan University Hospital and Academia Sinica. The delegation was also honored with a private meeting with Dr. Chien-Jen Chen, President of Academia Sinica, to discuss advanced biomedical innovation and research synergies.
