Jitto Arulampalam
Executive Chairman
With 30+ years of expertise in banking and corporate strategy, Jitto Arulampalam is a specialist in navigating public listings and scaling tech ventures. As a Co-founder of Redowl AI, he leverages his background as a former Westpac strategist and Chairman of multiple ASX-listed firms to drive innovation in the fintech landscape. He is best known for guiding Newsnet Ltd to global recognition and leading Fortis Mining to a prestigious "IPO of the Year" award.
Stanley Chang
Non-Executive Director
A leading figure in the Asian biotechnology landscape, Dr. Stanley Chang brings over two decades of executive experience and clinical excellence to the industry. With a Ph.D. from University College London and an M.D. from National Taiwan University, he has served as a lead surgeon, Dean of Medicine, and Chairman of major listed entities including Medigen Biotechnology and TBG Biotechnology. Dr. Chang is widely recognized for his role in founding Medigen Vaccine Biologics Corp (MVC) and his ongoing contributions to national biotech policy and research in Taiwan.
Emily Lee
Non-Executive Director
​Ms. Emily Lee is a Melbourne-based businesswoman with a substantial track record in cross-border transactions and corporate finance across Australia and Asia. With extensive experience in corporate restructuring and capital raising, she has been instrumental in managing and listing public companies on the ASX. As the former Managing Director of Mercer Capital, she orchestrated multi-million dollar underwritings for firms such as Progen Pharmaceuticals and Lanka Graphite Limited. Ms. Lee is recognized for her strategic leadership in navigating complex government and corporate sectors within the Asia-Pacific region.
Benson (Bing Cheung) Liu
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Liu is the Chief Financial Officer of Eternal Materials Co., Ltd. a leading chemical materialprovider based in Taiwan and a substantial shareholder of the Company. From 2013 to 2018, Mr. Liu was Chief Financial Officer of Taiwan listed company Star Comgistic Co. Ltd.
Mr. Liu holds a MBA degree in Finance from National Taiwan University in Taiwan.
He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment evaluation, and relative fields.

Justyn’s multi-sector experience makes him a vital asset in maintaining regulatory compliance and driving strategic financial growth.
